How to get a quote:
- The whole process is designed to fulfill client expectations
by quality and speed.
The first step is to visit our Ston’Art
Galleria, where we will show each client our exotic and luxury selection of granite, marble and quartz. We suggest that the client bring along some samples of their cabinets, tile and any other helpful samples that will aid in selecting the right stone. We ask that clients bring a kitchen layout with preliminary measurements so that we may provide an estimate based on their stone choices.
- While a client visits our showroom, they will be accompanied by a trained salesperson. They will discuss measurements, preferred edges, cut-outs, sinks, and discuss current promotions and any details that will help us prepare an accurate estimate of their job.
To place an order with our company, we require you to have the
following steps complete in your home:
- Cabinets need to be installed. (A client may place an order if they have an estimated date of installation, and they will be placed in the will-call scheduling bin).
- All of the appliances in the kitchen need to be on location. That includes the stove, dishwasher, fridge, etc.
- The sink needs to be on location so that we may take it back to the shop and use it as a template for the sink cutout.
- If you have a current countertop on your cabinets, please make sure it is removed and the sink and cooktop is detached before we come out and to do final installation. Gran Tops can provide removal of existing countertops for a fee.
- Now if the above steps have been completed, you can give us a call and we will be glad to prepare an estimate based on your needs. Once all choices have been finalized, we will provide you with an estimate-based purchase agreement, along with other pertinent documents pertaining to the template
& installation of your countertops! A deposit of 50% of the contract total will be required in order to schedule your job.
- Gran Tops proudly accepts cash, checks, and/or most major credit cards.
- The final price will be confirmed based on the measurements taken on the job and will be confirmed with you if there are any variances from the original contract prior to fabrication of countertops.
